Lennar Reveals the Grand Opening of Woodridge in Spokane, Washington

Woodridge, a one-of-a-kind hilltop community of single-family homes near Spokane, WA, was officially opened by Lennar, one of the nation’s premier homebuilders.

The community, which features 11 gorgeous new floorplans, provides home designs that fulfill the demands of home buyers at every stage of life. Several home locations include panoramic vistas of the Spokane Valley, resulting in a calm and tranquil environment. With a Grand Opening event on Saturday, April 15 at 11:00 a.m., interested homebuyers are invited to view the new model house and experience the Woodridge lifestyle. The Surge Coffee truck will be on-site delivering complementary drinks, and mini doughnut packs will be available from local bakery Hello, Sugar.

Inside Woodridge, Lennar is now selling two new single-family home collections: The Platinum Collection and The Classic Collection, with 11 intelligently planned floorplans ranging in size from 1,671 to 4,122 square feet. The residences have three to six bedrooms and two and a half to four bathrooms. The open floorplans are meticulously planned to fill the home with natural light, including a gourmet kitchen and a resort-style owner’s room. Three-car garages are available in some home designs. Woodridge’s exterior styles include modern farmhouse and traditional, providing an inviting and nostalgic streetscape. Woodridge pricing begins in the $400,000s.

The Platinum Collection at Woodridge also has Lennar’s renowned Bainbridge Next Gen® “Home Within a Home” concept, which includes a connected private suite with private entrance, wet bar area with a refrigerator, living space, bedroom and bath, and a laundry closet. The layout is ideal for families with an aged parent or an adult child who needs to return home. The area is also suitable for a home office or a gym.
