Northern Tool + Equipment announced the opening of a new retail location in Bossier City on September 21.
The store will open to the public on September 27, with a grand opening event on October 28. This will be the sixth store in Louisiana and the first in the northwest region, located at 200 John Wesley Blvd.
“We’re excited to expand further into northern Louisiana,” Northern Tool + Equipment’s VP of Retail, Steve Spears, stated. “We’ll now be able to reach more DIYers and tradespeople in the area while also having the opportunity to expand across the state.”
The new store will not only provide a retail option for professional-grade tools at low prices, but it will also provide job opportunities in the area. The Minnesota-based retailer has more than 130 locations across the country and plans to expand its presence nationwide, including in Louisiana.
