Capital Adds Anawalt Lumber to its List of TruExterior Dealers in Southern California

Date:

Capital has acquired additional stocking dealers for TruExterior poly-ash composite siding and trim products in southern California, including Anawalt Lumber in Malibu.

Anawalt Lumber is one of California’s last family-owned and controlled lumber companies, commemorating its 100th anniversary this year. The Malibu yard first opened its doors in August of 2011. The Anawalt family had lived in Malibu for many years, and it was David Anawalt’s goal to operate a store in the region after Malibu Lumber Yard closed.

TruExterior poly-ash siding and trim are fire-rated Class A exterior products that can be cut, milled, bonded, stained, and painted. They are manufactured by Westlake Royal Building Products.

Capital is a privately held Arizona firm celebrating its 75th year in operation, with 10 regional distribution facilities geographically concentrated in the West. The company offers sales, market development, inventory management, and distribution services in the construction materials industry.
