Lennar Introduces New Single-Family Houses and Models in Shearwater

Date:

Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, has recently introduced models and new floor plans for 80 single-family homes and 190 townhomes at Shearwater, a St. Johns County master-planned community.

Because to a collaboration with St. Johns County, fifty of the Lennar townhomes are available at a “affordable” price. Regularly priced homesite prices will range from the mid-to-high $300,000s.

Lennar is Shearwater’s first builder to provide houses through the St. Johns County affordable housing program. Inexpensive lots will start in the low $300,000s, with price rises controlled by county-determined parameters. These houses must be occupied by the owner.

“This expansion of Lennar at Shearwater brings a new level of affordability for homebuyers looking to purchase in one of the most desirable new communities in St. Johns County,” said Melanie Raub, Lennar Jacksonville Division President. “We are proud to help make the dream of homeownership a reality for our customers by offering quality homes at an incredible value, with all the features and finishes homeowners want and need already included.”

The Northeast Florida townhomes have five floor plans to choose from, ranging in size from 1,494 to 2,005 square feet. They have three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and one or two car garages.

New single-family homes for sale have just been launched, with four floor plans ranging in size from 2,028 to 2,358 square feet. They come with four to five bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and a two-car garage. Lennar executives anticipate that the spacious concepts, which are available on around 80, 50′ home sites, would sell quickly.

Residents of Shearwater will have access to Trout Creek and a resort-style lagoon and lap pool with a clubhouse, as well as a fitness facility and tennis facilities. The community, located at 27 Appleton Court off of Old County Road 210, has easy access to nearby beaches, A-rated schools, and prominent outdoor retail plazas.

Every new Lennar home includes high-end features and upgrades at no extra cost as part of the homebuilder’s unique Everything’s Included® program. Homebuyers at Shearwater appreciate features like quartz countertops, designer cabinetry, wood tile-inspired flooring, paver driveways, screened-in patios, and more.
