Texas mother Jessica Medinger shared a tear-jerking facebook post about her 10-year-old son, Drake Medinger, and his fight against cancer for International Childhood Cancer Day, which was commemorated last February 15.
According to the Stinky Joe’s #1 Pit Crew FB page, Drake was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia B-Cell in 2012.
The social media page is devoted to his “fight with childhood cancer” and includes information about Jessica’s son continuing battle with the illness and health progress updates.

In the viral post, a photo of Drake can be seen inclined over the toilet, and undoubtedly in pain.
Drake’s mother explained the details about her son’s great effort to do even simple daily task like eating, drinking and taking his medications.
She also openly shared in the post his fears about dying and that he “won’t see his 11th birthday.”
The trending facebook post had been seen by over 100,000 people with tens of thousands of shares and comments (as of Wednesday, February 22).
The Love What Matters Facebook page also picks Medinger’s heartbreaking post resulting in an even greater outpouring of messages of support.
