Louisiana authority on Tuesday is examining the viral video showing an alleged animal cruelty in the hands of a juvenile.
The scandalous video clip depicts a teenager, twirling two small dogs on a harness as though he is about to throw them like a discus.
In the video, the young man then releases the poor animals and they fly about 20 feet and slam into the street and both dogs seems to be hurt.
The dogs are seen running down the street before the video cuts off.

The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff Brett Stassi confirmed that they’re looking into the video, the Advocate reported.
“The kid who did it is not from Iberville Parish and we don’t think it was filmed over here,” Stassi said.
“We’ve contacted the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office on this because we think it might have happened in the Gardere Lane area.”
The investigation is ongoing.
The Louisiana police said the dogs were found after the officers explore the area and were returned to their owners in good health.
